Public parking lot at City Lake, part paved, part dirt. No signs, no fee, no amenities, no traffic, no noise, very quiet, only the unavoidable frog choir at night. Had a good nights sleep.

we stop for 1 night a on the lake shore, there is some places around
we did not park at the exact spot on ioverlander but another parking spot that is flat
Great spot! picked up a buuunch of trash when I got here, which I discovered was actually from locals, as the next day I saw more trash where I'd already picked up! There are trash cans a little ways down by the fishing pavilion. I appreciated being able to dump my own trash while I was there in my van. it's a very flat spot and I was there alone. Good walking around City Lake, too.
Report Check-InPeaceful night by a beautiful little lake. Highly recommend! Two bars of 5G with T- Mobile.
Report Check-InVery peaceful spot on the shore of a small lake. Houses in sights, but no noise or traffic at night. Sandy, but firm and fairly level.
