it's a very nice hotel with a nice courtyard. the guy at the reception speaks good enough English and is really friendly. the rooms have ac and a western bathroom, breakfast included. He charged me 300.000 tomans. Motorbikes can park inside the garden, carpark nearby.

Parking between the gate and the reception for one, maybe two motorbikes. Beautiful place, well worth the 750'000 Toman, or $15 he asked for one person in a 3 single bed room.
