Grassy, open area under power lines, with enough wind to keep the mosquitoes away. Visible only from the very quiet Aishihik Lake Road (off the Alaska Highway). Telus and Bell cell service.

We went a little farther down, as we didn't want to be near power lines. But, same basic idea, found a dirt road on the right side of the Aishihik Rd. Nice enough, in the woods and away from traffic
ETA: We saw a bearrr!!! It was just a wee one, but we're kinda glad it was because it was still pretty huge!
Report Check-Inthis place is to the right of the road, our Google Maps had us to the left. there are two dirt tracks off to the right either side of the telegraph wires, we parked between them.
