We have to agree with the last two comments.
The couple is very nice but 300 ps for just a parking spot are too much.
A lot of bugs that forced us in the van despite the heat. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
It was too late for us to leave but we wouldn’t return.

NOT EVEN " as described"
Holy moly this is a lonnnnng way off the highway to have nothing. 300 pesos. they're nuts! a bucket for a toilet in a shed with pieces of roof falling in. no shower. no electricity. the dog jumped on us and hurt us. VERY BUGGY. they admitted they have 3 roosters that begin crowing at 2 am. I told them you cannot charge that much for nothing. they have a dirt patch in the sun to park. parking. that's all! no sleep. we left. Don't waste your time driving this far off the highway.

The farm is beautiful: the sunset over the sorghum plants is memorable. But the mosquitoes kept us in our van, plus 300 pesos is a lot to pay for a parking spot (we didn’t use any services). The couple is so nice, and they gave us a bag of coffee when we left.

Good place to stop. The hosts are super friendly. They collect ideas for their camper project. They have services except Dump Station. Very safe place. When we return from our trip through Central America, we will return. Thank you very much Rene and Palmira for your kindness. The price is now 300 pesos, due to some damage they have had.

This place is sooooo great! The Owner were really Nice and we stay there with a van and a couple in a tent. Enough place for our camper (7 meters long). No problem with the heigh. We could just recommended.

Nice place, nice people, worst sleep I've had in years due to a rooster right in the camping area that started crowing at 2-3 in the morning and kept it up all night. Bring ear plugs just in case.

That one glaring problem aside, it's quiet and safe, and the area is very pleasant.
The hosts are super friendly and social. They showed me around the area and fed me home cooked brunch, and we hung out for a while, watching each other's YouTube videos.

Also, the person who said that the bridge is too narrow for a class c RV has horrible spatial awareness. You could drive a dump truck across that thing if you line it up straight. Don't let that review scare you away. It's honestly fine.

Came here cycling (2 ppl). René and Paulina are super welcoming and offered us all we needed and more. Spent a good evening coffeeing with them.
200$ for both.

Firstly, Paulina & René are two lovely people who speak excellent English. It was so nice to meet & chat with them both. 😌
Second: Everything as described. If the gate is not open, their cell phone numbers are on the gate. So you can contact them & they will give you the necessary instructions 😉.
If you are in the area & looking for a place to stay, go to them. You won't regret it. 🙂

Renee and Paulina are lovely and happy to share their home and their stories. not many amenities but worth a stop for the night!

Spent one night here only but Rene and Paulina were super welcoming ! They showed us around their land and our dog played along with their youngest one. It was very hot and humid but we could use their outdoor water to cool down a little bit. The view is very nice too !

Super nice place of Paulina and Rene! We had plenty of space, some nice chairs to relax in the shadow.

Such a friendly couple!! They even let us use a small fan because it was a hot evening, brought some mangoes for us and we could use the shower. They were very interested in our journey as they are finishing their motorhome and planning their next trips. Wish we could stay longer, but had to get back on our way to Chiapas.

Price is still 200p/night

Very nice place, very quiet. We are welcomed by Paulina & René, they show us their project - self construction of a motorhome - and their land with a lot of trees and plants. They are very interested to learn about our travels and looked for inspiration about amenities of a motorhome. They ask for 200 per Car for a night, not to earn money but to buy more trees for the place. Note: it’s not an official campground, it’s a private project. If the gate is closed there is a phone number at the gate, call them.

We stood here for one night. Paulina and René are two heart people. We went on a tour of her large property with Paulina and her two dogs. René converts a Sprinter into a mobile home. It's a very windy area but very quiet at night. 200 pesos/night.

Not a camproung. We saw a van but nobody around. The gate was locked and the bridge to cross the gate clearly to narrow for our RV class C 24.
