Empty grassy lot behind Blue Star Traders, dirt driveway across from King St. between Wharf Access road and Irving. No signs posted. Locals using as a meet-up spot. Occasional RVs stopping to wait for ferry boarding time. Mostly quiet after sundown. Internet 35.4/146 Mbps up/down.
