Something not right?

Description

Sweet space hidden from the "main" road. Rather small, but plenty of level ground for tents or a smaller camper. Firerings made out of rocks. Very quiet and peaceful. No one bothered us for several days. Less than half an hour from the ocean.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of trash when we arrived and we had to clean up quite a bit. Hope this was an exception, but it's something we experienced all over Oregon.

Stayed a few nights here & it's a lovely little place! Nice long drive into this site from the main road so great for those with dogs. We arrived & there were 2 huge bags of trash at our site. I have a small car with a dog so was able to pack one out with me but didnt have anymore space to fit the other. To the next user: please pack out the other with you if you are able! 🙏🏻 let's keep our forests clean so we can continue to enjoy beautiful spots like this!!

As others have said, I do not recommend anything larger than a campervan (too small of a space to turn around). Heads up, watch out for snakes. Saw a garter on a walk up the main road but I'm sure there's plenty others in the woods hiding out, just keep an eye out with the pups.

Highly recommend fairy tunnel! Loved it. Forest national park. Quiet little road along the forest road. We drove in with a minivan and it worked perfectly. Wouldn't suggest high or long cars/RV because hanging trees and not enough space to turn around. We just spend one night in peaceful silence, without any disturbings but we saw other people at the main forest road who seems to stay longer without being bothered.
