Nice spot with a really nice view and a parking area near the river, really quiet at night. no indication that you can't stay the night in the parking but the park section closes between 11pm and 7am.

There is 2 construction toilet at the left of the parking lot. Very quiet and nice evening. A cruise boat passed by!
