Cell data available. Okay for a night. No facilities super close, but after a short hike up a hill you'll be at the park itself and able to use those facilities.

Very noisy during the night (sunday to monday). A lot of vehicles driving very fast at night passing in this street
On the saturday you can park here from 6pm until the next day 1pm for free and on sunday from 6pm until 9am of the next day. If I remember right.
I just felt every car that was passing me, but you have the park right next to you and 1km away there are toilettes and WiFi (but you have to get up the hill)
