Beautiful views of an ancient canyon. Driving up there are a couple steep hills and sharp turns - there is a parking lot for unhitching trailers at the bottom of the hill.
Hike is 1.5 kms - easy for kids/elders with two stunning lookouts into the gorge.
As seen in the pic, this is a popular picnic spot. But beyond the first parking lot is a circular drive around. We stayed here (suv camping) after walking the trail.
No one bothered us until the next morning. I made a cup of tea and took it to look at the canyon again. You could get away with a van or a camper here for the night. *although there is a no-camping sign on the way up the hill. So be warned and make your own decision!
Pit toilets are available here. As is a few picnic tables and a shelter. Garbage and recycling facilities.

Gorgeous. I dont think you need to unhitch (our SUV with 18' trailer is ok). Smooth road not too steep and with good large turn around area.
