Was turned around as I drove in. Definitely no overnight parking here anymore. Too many people started showing up, staying until 11am.

Ok, I got the scoop on this spot from the owner of the gallery in Cafe.

He said that after 8am it becomes a paid lot shared with the business next door, so you have to arrive after 5pm and be out by 8am to stay here. If you want to go to the cafe/gallery that opens at 10am, you need to move around to the front of the building in a patron spot. He said he would appreciate if people came in and at least browsed the gallery or bought a coffee as a grateful exchange, but of course not necessary.

I was so grateful for this spot. Arrived after midnight after a long day of travel. There were 4 other vans here.
Porto-potty and dumpster in the lot, and it’s right on the Riverwalk.

Great spot! Artist cafe is insane, they have so much cool art its crazy. Super close to downtown and to public library where you have access to bathroom and wifi.

Great spot. Very quiet. Good place to watch the tidal bore from.

nice spot, very close to downtown. wifi access.

Shane, the owner is a great guy! check with him if it's okay to stay. the open next week for the summer season. after that only night parking (after 9pm I think) and leaving in the morning until 9-10 am I suggest.

Nice pretty spot next to the river and quiet. The owner from the café said it’s was ok to park overnight here but not during summer season. I doesn’t want RV next to his terrace.

A security guard asked us to leave tonight claiming it was a private property. we had no problem the night before though.

Fabulous spot to stop for the night, very comfortable and quiet. It is right on the river, there’s a walking, biking trail immediately in front and a lovely park with picnic tables & benches to the side, there is a really disgusting pit toilet past the skate board area. It’s a great place to watch the title boar. There’s a number of parking areas- best for smaller rigs or camper vans. There is a place to fill water bottles at Old Bikey which is down the trail towards the skateboard area
