Description

$14 per night. Water and electric. Paved roads so anything can come through. I didn’t count but maybe 20 sites. First come. It’s 9pm and several still open. Massive valley view with the cliffs on one side and the reservoir on the other. Water is low but still clean and cool and swimmable. Rocky shore. Toilets on site and a dump station. Some sites have shade awnings, all have bbq pit and hook ups. Boat ramp with dock as well.
Road is close but few cars and I honestly can’t hear it past the crickets. Swimmers paradise for your water logged doggie. Was 82 degrees today. There is dispersed camping north on the bluffs over the lake. With 5-6 big rigs but didn’t stop to check it out. Roads looked fine for any rig, maybe a little narrow but open sage brush so go slow and your fine.
Eva (my doggie) swam for 2 hours. Quiet and the mountains to the east are beautiful to gaze upon. A few Miles south and you can get prime rib in mackay, we didn’t go but it looked good.
Verizon has two bars but download speed hasn’t been an issue.
