Gravel parking lot next to the road. At the right corner of the parking there is a little trail that leads to a small fall and a picnic table, pretty well sheltered from the wind!
If you continue down the gravel road after the first parking, it takes you closer to the water and there's a little gazebo. very cute place, stayed there one night and saw no one else!
