Quiet, less traveled area of Helena National Forest with a fire pit and plenty of room for RV parking/tenting/van/etc. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to wander. Clear views of the skies.
ATT service is one bar/no data (sometimes), but mostly non-existent cell service. You can walk up the hill for a bit of reception if needed, but still not the greatest.
Side Note: the first entrance after the fork is pretty pitted/deep. recommend driving 20' further to the other entrance to make getting in a bit easier.

As described. A pleasant clearing with a fire ring and the sound of streams running nearby. No privacy, but also nearly no traffic. Maybe one or two cars an hour, all on the road to the north, which is less visible. There are spent fireworks, bullet shells, shot-up targets and some deer bones laying around, looks like an occasional party spot. But totally quiet for me mid week.
Report Check-InFound the spot as described. Nice and quiet, only a couple of hunters drove by at dusk.
No cell service.
