Nice place, illuminated and very quiet during the week. (Friday or Saturday LOTS OF MUSIC) There are public restrooms and it opens at sunset.

well, this is not a Costanera. It is a parking lot with only very limited view of the river at very few places because of the vegetation. It is rather clean and well lit, but even on a Thursday night there were cars and motorbikes coming and going all the time. And this is not a through-street, it has only 1 entrance = exit. That means that the cars come in, drive by your camper, go to the end of the parking lot, turn around and drive by again, often with loud music. It felt strange, and if there hadn’t been another camper, we would have left. And lousy cell service, by the way. But enough to catch the signal from across the river, so all of a sudden our phones and iPads were on Paraguay time, 1 hour behind.
