Cell phone coverage good, internet available, about 60%. 6 spots with 15 and 50 amps service as well as water and sewer. the site needs attention but the new administration Gilberto ( +52 833 450 5261) and Alma at the office (+52 834 314 0543) are very professional, friendly, speak English and they are accommodating.

The outlets are 50 amp and 15 amp so bring an adapter if you have a 30 amp plug. I have a 30 to 15 amp adapter and so far my air conditioner is running just fine on my 24 foot motor home. It's March and very hot here. Looking forward to a dip in the pool. Charged me 250 pesos for the night. No haggling needed.
The other camper was right. As of 3/17/24 the coordinates are wrong. They are 23.77149, -99.11139
I put in a request to change them in the app.
Just as described by others e cent for the initial coordinates which are incorrect. Big grassy field with no one else here. We were able to negotiate a discount to 200 pesos since we are small, fully self contained and dry camping.
Report Check-InIt's cold here at this time. There is water and electricity available plus the dump. We also asked if we could use hot shower and they allowed us to use one of their hotel rooms but the water was leukewarm and weak. The hosts are friendly and willing to help. The lady at the front desk speaks English.

Report Check-InThis is a great spot for an overnight spot! A big field behind the hotel. Has electricity, water and sewer. A spot in the middle for a campfire. Secure and reasonable at $250 pesos. Last stop before crossing in reynosa.
Report Check-InWe planned to stay here tonight, but it was not worth $250MX/night. It’s a dirt parking lot with no bathroom and we were not permitted to use the pool even though it was 40C degrees outside. We did not require water and hydro so we decided to move on.
Report Check-InSpent two relaxing nights here. 250 pesos a night for two of us and a motorhome. There is an area in a field with hookups or you can just tuck in different spots around the hotel. Electricity water and sewer. Nice pool and an oxxo just across the road. Very friendly and helpful staff! Put the hotel name into Google maps as the coordinates took us down a long dirt road instead.

Report Check-InGood location near CD Victoria We have provided numerous suggestions to new management. A good place for a stop lots of room for any kind of rigs. The pool is very nice. I will use one of the sewer connection this morning before departing. If you don't get additional comments it was ok. We selected a location near the pool which only had a 15 amp plug and a hose bib. The managers were very helpfull in letting us chose away from the designated areas.
