I almost hesitate to add yet another Cuenca hotel, but this place seemed a useful addition. It sits on the edge of the historical centre only about ten minutes’ walk from the central square. It has its own secure parking lot behind the hotel, which was good to find around here. (Other hotels may direct you to a nearby public parking.) The parking will take smaller vehicles and bikes. The rooms at the back are quiet and comfortable, with hot water and internet. $30 per night with breakfast included.

Good option in Cuenca. Easy walk to everything. Room 53 our fav. Spacious with twin beds and QUIET. Through the window we could check on our motos in the secure parking. Breakfast could be improved but still ok.
