One of many pull-outs in the area. Like others said, look at Google to find others. This spot has a windbreak that is very helpful. Warm at the beginning of September but doable. Rock fire ring is in place.

INSANELY windy the night I was there. Like too windy to sleep starting at 3am. No clue if that's common or if it was a fluke because of rain.
I pulled in here versus driving further from the highway because it was dark and I wasn't in the mood to explore. This spot is somewhat flat. I moved the truck around and got to 2 degrees on one axis. Nice spot although some faint highway noise. Beautiful with a full moon. If I arrived in the daylight then I would've explored further in this BLM region like everyone else mentioned. (FYI look at my photo to see screenshot of the BLM land, which is the brown area)
Strong AT&T 5G.
