I stayed at a few sites on this road and this was my favorite. It is right off of the paved road, which had more traffic than I expected, but it was still very quiet. The spot is a good size (although probably not large enough for large rigs) and had a really nice stone fire pit. Nice mountain views, but they were mostly blocked by smoke during my stay. Good Verizon and spotty TMobile at this spot. Verizon service comes in and out as you drive back the road & this was the only spot where I got TMobile. NF25 is narrow & paved for about 12 miles then turns to dirt. There are also several dirt roads that turn off NF25, most in pretty good condition.
