Good place to be able to do boarding procedures safely or leave the vehicle for a visit home. It is true that there are a couple of "very peaceful" puppies and as we all know, like puppies they are, friends of sneakers. That is why, as a traveler, we know that, for one reason or another, we should not leave our sneakers outside.

We stayed here one night for 25.000 COP (3 people).
Alex was nice and welcoming (when we arrived - see below). There’s water, toilet and showers. Extra 12.000 COP for electricity.
BUT, DO NOT leave your belongings outside. My trainers were wet and I left them outside drying. Woke up to them all chewed up by one of the dogs. (The dogs are friendly but too pushy and keep licking you)
I was not very happy about the trainers situation, but it was my fault that left them out. We didn’t complain about it, only showed Alex the shoes. The problem was that he didn’t take accountability for it, he didn’t apologise for what his dogs did. His attitude changed: he was very chatty the day before, in the morning he was grumpy, and not as nice.
We followed all the rules and we were respectful, so we can’t justify why he reacted like that.
We also woke up at 5:30am with loads of noise because they were working in one of the vans (the place is a parking lot for a lot of transport vans - coletivos).
We felt safe but left a bit disappointed with this situation.

It's a perfect place to prepare and leave the car before the shipping. You can wash outside and inside and sleep on the parking I'd you want.

Alex has also rooms to rent in case you prefer and told us he will add AC in. But we didn't sleep there so we cannot say how is it.

Llegamos al estacionamiento de Alex un viernes festivo. Él no estaba allí y aun así le pidió a su hijo que nos abriera la puerta. Muchas gracias. ¡Fue una gran ayuda!

El espacio de estacionamiento es ideal especialmente para quienes envían o llegan desde Panamá, ya que está cerca del Puerto y del Aeropuerto. Y también para aquellos que quieran dejar el coche más tiempo.
Cuenta con los servicios que los viajeros necesitan: agua, luz (se paga aparte), baños, duchas, wifi. Alex también puede proporcionarte cualquier otra cosa que necesites. Para nosotros, se encargó de lavar la autocaravana allí mismo.

También dispone de habitaciones en alquiler. Son básicos, con abanicos. Dijo que va a comprar aire acondicionado portátil (tendrá dos opciones de precios), sin aire son 50 mil pesos la noche. Para aquellos que necesitan quedarse unos días y se encuentran sin autocaravana, es una opción económica y práctica.

Gracias Alex por recibirnos y ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos.

Precio por auto por noche: 25 mil pesos colombianos.

el estacionamiento de Alex es el mejor lugar de Cartagena para estar con tu vehículo!! Alex es un anfitrión excelente y te ayuda con lo que necesites en la ciudad, con el tema de preparar el vehículo para el cruce, realmente es una buenísima persona. el estacionamiento es seguro y amplio, sin límite de altura.
25.000 cop por día y noche que incluye wifi, agua para cargar el tanque y acceso a baños y ducha (muy limpios). si quieres también puedes conectarte a la luz por un coste adicional de 12.000 cop.
lugar perfecto para prepararse para el cruce tanto si te vas como si llegas y también perfecto si solo estás de paso para salir a conocer la ciudad pero tener tu base aquí.
a nosotros nos ayudó a conseguir una radial para cortar el portaequipajes y que nuestro vehículo entrara en contenedor, también nos limpiaron el vehículo (requisito para ingresar a puerto) por 20.000 cop. muy contentos de haber venido a este lugar en Cartagena, gracias a Alex por hacer la vida más fácil a los viajeros en su paso por Cartagena

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was excellent! Its owner Alex made us feel at home from the first moment. The place is closed and very safe, there are very clean bathrooms and showers, you can also wash your vehicle. It is highly recommended to stop here prior to sending the vehicle in a container or Roro.

We parked our van at the Parqueadero Berlinas for over one month ! Alex is incredibly welcoming and helpful with anything you need. He is always around his place and looking to provide anything you need. The place is very close to the historic center and has everything you need. Highly recommended

I stayed 4 nights here. 25,000 co per motorhome, Alex +573004592954 offers laundry services, car wash, has rooms and an apartment for families facing the sea. If you need to fix something to embark, Alex has no problem with you doing it and can help you.

Special authentic vibe indeed! Alex is most enthusiastic host of South America for sure! He gave us place in the back behind the buildings so we would be less disturbed by the early morning movements of the touristbusses. This worked for us, with the ventilator on hardly heard anything. Neighbors played nice, but bit loud rumba music, but this was only untill 23:00. Dogs friendly, Wifi fast, shower basic but clean, toilet no seat.

Pasamos 10 días en el estacionamiento, lugar muy recomendado, Alex es una persona muy amable y muy bien predispuesto para todo. Recomendamos este parqueadero 100%. Lugar seguro, con duchas y wifi. Seguro volveremos.

Alex is such a welcoming person! He dedicate his time to meet in person and get to know foreign visitors. His whole family and 4 dogs are all adorable. The space is big and can accommodate big rigs, although during the night it can fill up with the local transport service vans. The facility is basic, but all you need and for the price it´s unbeatable! The wifi is pretty fast. The vibe around the place is very unique.

Reached this place tired and exhausted. The friendliness of Alex immediately let me feel in the best hands. A washed car, locked gate, shower, wifi, toilet, water and good vibes. So perfect to prepare your car for the shipping or leave it here to explore the area. Loved it!!!

Parqueamos aqui el día antes de dejar nuestra van en el contenedor para cruzar a Panamá. Estuvo bien por una noche. Alex es muy amable.
Aquí puedes lavar tu auto, cuentan con agua potable duchas y baño. Nos cobró 20 k el día completo.
Lavan ropa por 8 k el kg (no recomendamos si es de un dia para el otro porque no se seca bien)
No recomendamos ir alli si tienes perros, ahi tienen pitbulls para cuidar la propiedad.

We parked here the day before leaving our van in the container to cross to Panama. It was fine for one night. Alex is very kind. Here you can wash your car, they have drinking water, showers and bathrooms. He charged us 20k for the full day. They wash clothes for 8 k per kg (we do not recommend if it is from one day to the next because it does not dry well) We do not recommend going there if you have dogs, they have pitbulls there to guard the property.

We spent four nights here and we have no words to describe how much Alex and his wife welcomed us and helped us with what we needed to resolve in the center, easy access by Uber (~10k police) The children were friendly without any problems. The days were very good, Alex even lent us a stronger fan that we ended up buying from him to take with us. He also helped us find gas cans to replace ours, which were broken. Loud music in the neighborhood can be a problem but luckily it didn't bother us here. we felt super safe, we even slept with the doors open to ventilate better. It's a really great support point, we highly recommend it!

Passamos quatro noites aqui e não temos palavras para descrever o quanto Alex e sua esposa nos acolheram e nos ajudaram com o que precisávamos resolver no centro, fácil acesso por Uber (~10k COP) As crianças foram simpáticas sem problemas. Os dias foram muito bons, o Alex até nos emprestou um ventilador mais forte que acabamos comprando dele para levar conosco. Ele também nos ajudou a encontrar latas de gasolina para substituir as nossas, que estavam quebradas. Música alta na vizinhança pode ser um problema, mas felizmente isso não nos incomodou aqui. nos sentimos super seguros, até dormimos com as portas abertas para ventilar melhor. É um ótimo ponto de apoio, é altamente recomendável!

Pasamos 1 mes con nuestra autocaravana aquí en este parqueadero. Nos sentimos muy seguros. Alex y su familia se hicieron amigos. Durante ese tiempo conocimos a muchos viajeros que pasaban por allí. Eso fue muy especial. El parqueadero tiene espacio para alojar autocaravanas de muchos tamaños. Tiene baños con duchas y Deniss lava la ropa por un precio muy justo. De hecho, son muy justos con todos los precios. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente. Está cerca del aeropuerto y para ir a los atractivos turísticos tomamos un Uber al poco tiempo de llegar.

Passamos 1 mês com nosso motorhome aqui nesse parqueadero. Nos sentimos muito seguros. Alex e sua família se tornaram amigos. Nesse tempo, conhecemos muitos viajantes que por ali passaram. Isso foi muito especial. O estacionamento tem espaço para receber motorhome de muitos tamanhos. Tem banheiros com chuveiros e Deniss lava roupas por um preço muito justo. Aliás, eles são muito justos com todos os preços. Recomendamos bastante. Fica próximo do aeroporto e para ir até os pontos turísticos, pegávamos Uber em pouco tempo chegavamos.

Estacionamento muitíssimo seguro, 700m do aeroporto, se quiser pode ir para o aeroporto a pé, o anfitrião ALEX muito atencioso e muito prestativo para ajudar no que precisar. Pagamos o valor de 20.000 pesos colombianos por dia e se precisar de energia extra se cobram valor à parte. Conta com banheiro, ducha e Wi-Fi e a esposa do Alex lava roupas, agora pesam as roupas e cobra um preço ok.
Obs: tivemos uma desagradável experiência pois não gostei das crianças ficarem entrando na minha casa e também por ficarem nos espiando tomar banho, desagradável, e principalmente nos finais de semana tem variadas músicas altíssimas, que não se consegue descansar.

We slept here one night, but left our car in the parking lot while visiting the island of San Andres. We felt very safe inside the parking lot, and Alex was a great host! We went and walked back from the airport - about 10 minutes walk, super easy. It is important to warn Alex first you came, because although the parking is very large, he receives many touring vans, which fill the whole yard at night, so the spaces are limited. We paid 20,000 COP at night without power, and they have bathrooms, showers, and Wi-Fi.

Dormimos aqui uma noite, mas deixamos nosso carro no estacionamento enquanto visitávamos a Ilha de San Andres. Nos sentimos muito seguros dentro do estacionamento, e Alex foi um ótimo anfitrião! Fomos e voltamos caminhando do Aeroporto - cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada, super tranquilo. Importante avisar antes o Alex, pois apesar do estacionamento ser bem grande, ele recebe muitas vans de turismo, que lotam o pátio todo pela noite, então as vagas são limitadas. Pagamos 20 mil COP pela noite sem energia, e eles possuem banheiros, duchas, e Wi-Fi.

El lugar es espectacular, super seguro y Alex nos dio una excelente atención. Actualmente para aparcar solo el vehículo cobran 20.000 por día. Si es con servicios de luz cobran 30.000 por día.

@luaulife @luaudasmontanhas I don't recommend this place. I was there in person 4 days before I got my car and trailer out of the container. I spoke directly with Alex and made a reservation. I told him I needed the space for 2-3 days to assemble some parts of the Trailer. I called him saying he would be arriving and he said he didn't have any more room for me. I trusted him a lot for the comments and put myself in a difficult situation to resolve. I have a wife and a 15 month old baby traveling with me. I had to spend more nights in a hotel and look for another place, which is not easy around here.

Absolutely Alex coffee is awesome, and he is more than kind. Also the parking lot is very organized and clean. I have been staying for last 10 days waiting a container to Port Everglade. After 1.5 years stray in South America, this place gave us lots of relaxation and cure from harh living on the road. You can get electricity, washer, shower, and car washing. More over those pulks, there are a few parking spots with shade. I highly recommend this place for staying for next destination. Price for one day park & sleep in your vehicle : 20 COP as of June 2023.

Precisávamos de um local dentro da cidade pra fazer o isolamento da nossa cabine antes de embarcar o motorhome para o Panamá. O saldo foi super positivo! Conseguimos fazer todas as manutenções que precisávamos e ainda ganhamos um amigo!!! O Alex e sua família estão sempre disponíveis e dispostos a ajudar no que você precisar! Nosso gás acabou dias antes e ele muito cordial fazia café pra gente. (Café delicioso!) Valor 20.000 pesos por dia ou 10.000 pesos se for só estacionar e sair. Tem água luz e internet. A esposa dele lava roupa e eles lavam carro também. Recomendo a toda comunidade de viajantes. Além de ser uma ótima opção pra deixar o carro e ir a San Andres. Fica a apenas 700 metros do aeroporto. Tem mercado, farmácia e western union na redondezas.

Se nos acabó la gasolina días antes y muy cordialmente nos preparó café. (¡Delicioso café!) Valor 20.000 pesos por día o 10.000 pesos si solo estacionas y te vas. Tiene agua luz e internet. Su esposa lava ropa y ellos también lavan autos. Lo recomiendo a toda la comunidad de viajeros. Además de ser una gran opción para dejar el auto e ir a San Andrés. Está a sólo 700 metros del aeropuerto. Hay un mercado, una farmacia y una unión occidental cerca.

We needed a place within the city to insulate our cabin before shipping the motorhome to Panama. The balance was super positive! We managed to do all the maintenance we needed and even gained a friend!!! Alex and his family are always available and willing to help with whatever you need! Our gas ran out days before and he very cordial made coffee for us. (Delicious coffee!) Value 20,000 pesos per day or 10,000 pesos if you just park and leave. It has light water and internet. His wife washes clothes and they wash cars too. I recommend it to the entire travel community. In addition to being a great option to leave the car and go to San Andres. It is just 700 meters from the airport. There is a market, pharmacy and western union nearby.

Estacionamiento amplio y seguro, tiene espacio para carpas y caben hasta 4 para los que van en moto o bicicleta, se rentan habitaciones pequeñas y sencillas a muy buen precio. Cuenta con Wi-Fi, agua potable, electricidad 110v, duchas y baños. Si lo necesitas, también dispone de servicio de lavandería y lavado de coches. Pagamos 20.000 COP por una noche para dormir en la motorhome, nos sentimos muy seguros. Lugar seguro, perto do aeroporto, o preço agora é 20 mil colombianos por dia para ficar no seu carro, tem quartos por 30 mil a diária e aceita barraca também com preço a combinar. We stayed here for 2 nights. Alex and his wife were very friendly, they offered water, energy and internet. However, the place is a tourist van parking lot, so there is a lot of noise throughout the night. At night there is a lot of music in the neighborhood as well. They charged us 30,000 COP per night to sleep inside the motorhome in their parking lot.

Ficamos aqui por 2 noites. O Alex e a esposa foram muito simpáticos, ofereceram água, energia e internet. Porém o local é um estacionamento de van de turismo, então tem muito barulho a noite toda. A noite tem muita música na vizinhança também. Eles nos cobraram 30.000 COP por noite para dormimos dentro do motorhome no estacionamento deles.

Very nice parking lot, there's no hight limit but it's not recommended for big rigs. You have to talk to the owner (Alex, very friendly) for the wifi and showers. He also rents small rooms for cheap (again, talk to Alex or Denis). Highly recommended in a city where people are not exactly friendly to foreigners.
