lots of great camp spots throughout Keyesville. spot I'm at is crowded for the weekend, lots of ATV's, but respectful crowd and right next to river. pit toilets. Lots more private camp spots along road but most were taken on a Friday afternoon. 3 bars ATT. 4 bars LTE Verizon.

Spent a couple of nights in the Keyesville Recreational Area. Plenty of places to park, so you won't have trouble finding a spot.
Pit toilets around the area and they were for the most part well kept. Also trash containers available in several locations. These were emptied a few times while we were there.
We felt very safe, but there definitely are some interesting personalities around.

Sandy spots next to the river, made it through in a Ford transit high roof but road odd not great condition. Very windy during the day, but pretty cool temperature wise. Leveled out pretty easily. Very dog friendly place.
