Had a nice quiet night and afternoon here. Saw a beaver swim by in the evening! But was informed that camping on the roadside is illegal in NH when I went checked in at Umbagog state campground the next morning 😬.
Report Check-InGood spot for an overnight. I had good Verizon signal and was able to work using it for a few hours. Loads of mosquitoes!
Report Check-InNice pull off. Road was quiet at night. We picked up a lot of ticks so better to stay off the grass to avoid them.
Report Check-InWhoever found this spot is a GEM!! I was so in love with the place. I shared the site with wild deer, and woke up to the river all alone. Swimming possible. And it's close to Littleton for a decent cafe in the morning. Big rigs can fit no problem, but there's a rough dirt patch to get in so be careful. Definitely possible to plop a tent. I didn't get service but some posters did apparently.
Report Check-Inquite. just off the side of the road. perfect for one night. the road is right there, but it’s not a very busy road and it’s even less busy at night. i slept fine. streamed a tv show on Verizon. large enough for maybe 3 vehicles. right next to the river.
