The important place where the Euphrat meet’s the Tigris.
Also, here stands the Adams tree. Good place to visit and having a break, lots of benches, shade and toilet.

The gates were open when we arrived today. Not much to see, but nice benches with shade and a look over the river. The locals were quite curious and wanted to take pictures, one even wanted to give us cash for whatever reason.
Report Check-InGates still closed but the guard on the other side of the road (near the park) called at us and opened the gate. Nice little park but the Adam tree itself is just a dead piece of wood.
The pin is not in the richt location. Walk a bit north along the Tigris.
Report Check-InThe park with the Tree of Knowledge is currently under construction for rebuilding it. Not much to see, nor very tidy when we were there. Tourist Hotel next to the Tree is not recommended. They wanted 60.000 IQD for 3 person room, AC not working, very messy room and a lot of strange people at the hotel. One of the employees knocked on our door 2am just to give us new soap.
