Not a campground. It’s a fee-required recreation area. Mostly river access for fishing. The road is steep and washed out and only suitable for 4x4. There are no turnoff areas for camping. The one spot that you can see from the road that looks like a spot is actually a turn-around area to navigate the sharp switchback.
Report Check-Incampsite 50ft off main road, down towsrds Copper River. Just outside Chitina.
