Lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Al lado hay policia. Dormimos con varios motorhomes más. Lo recomendamos!

endroit pratique et agréable pour s'arrêter à Mendoza. A 10 -15 mn à pied du centre ville, à 3 mn du supermarché Carrefour (et ses toilettes). Il y a un commissariat de police juste à côté, donc pas de souci de sécurité. Nous étions 5 véhicules de vanlifers. Calme niveau bruit. Eau potable disponible. Gratuit.

Practical and pleasant place to stop in Mendoza. 10 -15 mins walk from the city center, 3 minutes from the Carrefour supermarket (and its toilets). There is a police station next door, so no security concerns. We were 5 vehicles from Vanlifers. Quiet noise level. Potable water available. Free.

Ficamos uma semana, lugar tranquilo e seguro ao lado da polícia, eles tem água potável próximo do centro e tem WU e Carrefour a uma quadra

Ficamos sozinhos uma noite nesse local. Calmo, não tem muito barulho e parece seguro.

We were alone one night in this place. Calm down, there's not much noise and it seems safe.

Ficamos 5 noites por aqui Muito tranquilas.

Os policiais, quando o estão de bom humor, cedem água da torneira da estação (parece que é potável). Tem um Carrefour e um Coto próximos, e é perto de vários pontos de interesse no centro da cidade.

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Mendoza, próximo ao centro e ao lado da estação de trem. Nos sentimos seguros, deixamos o carro sozinho durante o dia e não tivemos nenhum problema. pegamos água na torneira da polícia, eles foram sempre muito solícitos.

Ótimo lugar para dormir, passamos um mês em julho de 2023 aqui. Tem um posto policial em frente, é bem seguro. Deixamos várias vezes o carro aqui e fomos passear ou resolver coisas.

Dormimos diversos dias aqui. Bem seguro para deixar o motorhome e também dormir. Em frente ao posto da polícia. Tem mercado e facilidades ao redor. Tem água do outro lado da rua.

We slept several days here. Very safe to leave the motorhome and also sleep. In front of the police station. It has a market and facilities around. There's water across the street.

2 peaceful nights with our popup truck camper. Water from tap available. Policemen walking/driving regular...felt us safe. Close to the city. A few trees give windprotection. Big place for campers, tents too.

We spent one night in the St.Marin Park. One guy was hitting and knocking our windows , made 2-3 rounds, then left. It was around midnight as we were sleeping inside. Was not a nice feeling.. 😬

Big parking lot behind tram station. Shade from trees for some cars. There is a concrete slab to park on for some. Water available (don’t know if it’s potable) from a hose and we have seen people dumping their grey water in the ditch. No dogs barking but traffic noise. Safe as irbid right by preventadores office. Carrefour at 100m. No other facilities. Close to the center!!

ENG: quiet place, we spent three nights here. near the city center and carrefour supermarket. Ideal to leave the camper and walk around the city. Police at 30mts that with drinking water tap just by asking. There's no trees. We feel safe.

Safe place close to the police, like the other comments below. It is possible to walk downtown, Calle Aristides, Parque Central. There is a water tap at the Police Station - ask permission before use.
Remembering that here is not a camping: do not make noise late, and take your trash with you. Respect the place so that others can continue using :)

Lugar seguro e próximo à polícia, como os outros comentários abaixo. É possível ir caminhando ao centro, à rua aristides, ao parque central.
Torneira de água na polícia - peça autorização antes de utilizar.
Lembrando que aqui não é um camping: não faça barulho até tarde, e leve seu lixo. Respeite o lugar, para que outros possam seguir utilizando :)

We visit some iOverlander places before coming here (some friends had recommended us). We were worried due the amount of security warnings. For sure, the best spot we visit There's a police station, besides the train station security team. Bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, WU, supermarket, etc nearby. We didn't need but it seems you can get water from the police station. Fewer train traffic (stops at 23h and stars at 7h) and noise in general that we expected.
