10 minutes to beaches, Siesta Key, St Armands Circle, and more; $35/night, wifi, electric & water available; quiet overnight parking (7 pm – 7 am). Please no cookouts or parties. Please do not disturb my neighbors. Please park as far to the right as possible. The left of the driveway is reserved for my Ford Transit van. Thanks! = ) Sam.
