Located right inside the border of the Fremont-Wimea National Forest, about 5 minutes off the 140. Needed something for an overnight & prefer not to sleep in pullouts. would be too small for an RV or truck + trailer, but big enough for a van or for rig + tent.
no vehicles passed all night. only noise was the sound of the cows.

This place is not accessible in the winter. You climb steeply from the small town of Lakeview Oregon and in February it’s all snowed it.
