The road leading to Fowler Trailhead has free parking on the east side of the street - no signs that prohibit overnight parking. We stayed here for two nights and it was a quiet, safe spot with no issues. Beautiful hiking around Eldorado Canyon, close to town, good cell service on this road.

WARNING: Got towed twice!!! Signs didn't say no camping but distressed neighbors ended up calling on me.
Report Check-InQuiet place for a night. It is on a hill but there are some spots to get level. Side of road parking and pretty narrow road. Beautiful views.
Report Check-Inslept along the road at the trailhead with 5 or so others, mostly vans. the view is gorgeous, it is serene and quiet, and the hike is something out if a movie. great spot, highly recommend! I foraged some sage (smudging kind) also, it's everywhere right now!
Report Check-InGood place for one night. It was street parking on a small hill. You have to parallel park. There was only 1 other car there when we arrived, but in the morning the area was filled with cars and other camper vans. There is a nice hiking trail as well!
