Description
Red water faucet near seasonal restrooms in picnic area. Ranger at the visitor center stated that it's the only freeze-proof source here so should be available year round and it is potable. Pretty far (100') from closest parking so likely only good for bottles or jugs.

Report Check-InYep, still turned on. It's a frost-free pump, I'm assuming that just means it stays on thru the winter. Only problem is it's about 100 feet away from the road through a picnic area
Report Check-Inred water pump coming out of the ground. in front of the (currently) closed restrooms. next to a (currently) not working water faucet. all of the water faucets in this area are turned off for some reason. this is the only pump i found that works here at the visitor center (actually in the picnic area).
