Description

We went here to wild camp. After sunset, people in the dark came with automatic guns, pretending they were policemen (which seems to be true but they had no uniform and no police card).
They first stole a bit of our food and our passports.
They said people from the village were afraid of us and that we add to move to a proper camping. Wouldn’t give the passports back so we had no choice.
Two of them climbed with us in the car to ensure we drove to Mufasa lodge.
There they gave the passports back and stole 2 beers from the manager here.
Then asked to drive them back to the police station and argued that they rescued us, that otherwise we would have been attacked by people from the village, thinking we were maybe here to stole goats. (Seriously? With 3 kids in a 4x4?) they obviously wanted us to give them money, we instead said that since the country was not safe we would directly drive to Tanzania the next day. They stopped asking and went away.

Anyhow, do NOT recommend to stay overnight around this village.
