Description
We had a problem with our alternator. They replaced it with a refurbished one. It took three hours because of a different size pulley and the had to find a new belt at seven o'clock after all the stores were closed. They seem to work until late.
Their pricing and sticking to agreements is a good example of Jordan. We agreed on a price and afterwards they try to haggle for morel. Don't give in, they'll agree eventually. We paid 235 JD for the labour and new parts.
A week later the alternator still seems works fine by the way. They also have a lot of types of oil (good brands)
