We planned to stay for the night since we had tickets for the tour on Saturday. However, around 6pm to guys from the observatory knocked at our door and said that this is already private property of ESO and they do not allow overnight stays because of the potential light polution. They‘re afraid that if they start allowing this, they‘ll soon have a „campsite“ at this place.
