We stopped a couple of nights as we had an appointment to stick around for.

Reasonable quiet. Not the best view but the falls were fascinating and drown out the sound of the industry opposite.

Amazing area for a night. A bit noisy at times because of boats and/or train, but slept well and woke up at 8am anyways. Near the water, cool view. Don’t park right in front of the cafe, just use the huge space that’s next to it (drive a bit down the road, to the right - you’ll find it) There was another van that was there too. They stayed overnight as well.

Bel endroit,vers minuit ou vers midi on peut voir la marée basse..a voir. Attention aux rayons laveurs qui sortent des poubelles le soir. 😄 c est préférable de ne pas les nourrir car ils ne sont pas peureux. très achalandé de jour.

Nice view of river in our Roadtrek (&paper mill) We arrived about 6:30 pm and washrooms were closed. But we’re opened next morning. Slept well but did hear theee train whistles that travel near there . One other class B stayed too

I tried staying here last night but the park warden knocked and told me I’d have to leave because they were closing up for the night.

I stayed here from 08/24/21 to 08/26/21. It is secluded and very few others were camping here. Sometimes locals come here in the evening to enjoy a party, otherwise a great location. Washroom facilities are available during opening hours.

Still good here. No 'no' signs. We had a peaceful night. Police drove past several times during the evening and did not stop. Happy days.

Tel que décrit ci-bas. La vue est magnifique, le bruit de l’usine n’est pas dérangeant, mais les lumières sont fortes: ayez ce qu’il faut pour obstruer vos fenêtres.
Toilettes propres.

All alone for one night in St. John. Somewhat noisy from container shipping port across the harbor. Fun watching cruise ships come and go. City Market is a highlight.

It can get very noisy! The factory operates 24 hrs. When I got there the noise wasn’t so bad but later it got worse

Nice spot to spend the night. Very busy with people night and day but no one bothered us. The paper mill was not disturbingly loud when we were here. Washrooms are open. Cool to see the tides!

Quiet and nice place for a night (except the big fabric) but really nice sunset. The toilets where still closed.
Joli vue et parking tranquille (faire exception de l’usine) mais coucher de soleil magnifique. Toilettes encore fermées.

Washrooms were closing at 6 pm. City employee offered to open them for us. The sound of the paper mill competes with the sound of the river which dominates the background noise. Smells like typical pulp mill though. Will ride bike DT tomorrow.

small tourist car park with bathrooms. quiet, amazing morning view, coffee by the rapids! only a couple of cars came and went - locals having their morning coffee. Flat and peaceful with low background hum of rushing water and industrial paper mill.

Nice little spot for the night. Still the toilets are closed for the season and no sign of when they open again. We parked up an unpaved road behind the toilet block and no one bothered us. Peaceful night.

really nice as said. the toilets were still closed for the season. the river was louder than the paper mill so I had no problem sleeping. a lot of locals come around but no one said anything

Endroit très pratique car très proche du centre ville. Par contre sachez que c'est un lieu de rencontre gay, du coup il y a eu beaucoup de vas et vient sur la parking jusqu'à 23h, mais pas si dérangeant

Nice spot with toilets (they close at 7PM)
The view is nice if you forget about the factory.
There's alot of local people who come to see the revearsale and also tourist buses.

Overlook of the "reversing rapids". Spent one evening here. Spent one night here, no one bothered us.

Parking at the Rapid Falls View, with good view on the river. No sign, that overnight parking is not allowed. There are clean toilets with running water, soap... Toilets were closed from 9.00pm to 7.30am. Parkinglots are not fitting for big RVs, mobilehomes are ok. BUT: on the other side of the river is a noisy papermill, but we slept well. Try to find out the time for the high tide/low tide and be there at least one hour before, it is interesting to watch the rapids developing!
