We had a great night. The staff were friendly, signed in as requested, then got some information about the blues festival that weekend. Met the director later at the film festival and he remembered me and gave me his card, with his mobile number, in case we needed to contact him. Recommend this location.

Level spot behind wingstop. Checked in with the nicest man in the world at the visitor center, he gave us a business card and told us to call his cell if we needed anything at all. Directed us to Bad Apple and Ground Zero for live music and Cat Head for some local books and good vibes. Everyone in this town is so welcoming!

Staying one night here, it was closed when I got here but some other campers gave me the phone number so I called and checked in. Great spot to stay the night.

Nice place to spend the night in Clarksdale. They ask that you sign in and tell them how long you're staying (seems to be unlimited). I was going to be late so I called before they closed and gave my info. I would imagine you could also go in the next morning and it would be ok, but they gave me a bunch of helpful info which was good to have the day I arrived. I've included a screenshot with where they asked me to park. The people at the center are so helpful and kind so definitely go in at some point to say hello and find out more about what to do around town!

We spent the night in the visitor center parking lot without being disturbed. We arrived late so not possible to register but no problem at night. The next morning we went to see the person at the visitor center (A super nice person Marianne). She told us no worries about having spent the night, just that if we spend a second night, register us since they are open. Lots of info on what to do in the area. Also the place for the night is safe.

Nous avons passé la nuit sur le parking du visiteurs center sans être dérangé. Nous sommes arrivé tard donc pas possible le de nous enregistrer mais aucun problème la nuit. Le lendemain matin nous sommes allés voir la personne au visiteur centre (Une personne super gentille Marianne).Elle nous a dit aucun souci pour avoir passé la nuit, juste que si on passe une seconde nuit nous enregistrer puisqu’ils sont ouvert.

A great place in the center of Clarksdale where you don't need to be stealth, you just have to declare yourself at the visitor center for security reasons. a night to enjoy the fabulous concerts in the streets and the bars (especially that of Morgan Freeman). bathroom when the visitor center is open
