Description
Joshua Tree Lake RV and Campground offers showers for $10 and allows 30 minutes total on their property. Decently clean, and the water got cold on me a few times, but overall not too bad. Please be respectful and keep the facilities clean as these are some of the only public showers available in the area.

Just adding that they said it was 30 minutes on their property (not 30 minutes to shower) so make sure you have everything ready to go before you show up! We were told if we spent any more time after the 30 minutes, like rearranging stuff in the van, that we would have to pay their day use fee.
