10$ per night. Room for private parking! tents or hammock camping. I stayed with Allan for a month while he developed his land to host people! 1$ to camp or park your car shower and bathrooms included. He has an extra scooter at times! another 1$ for a good kitchen! Really amazing local who helped me more than anyone in my travels with my Spanish practice! I think this is his gift really, such gentle help with speaking.

Sadly, they have an archway and sign over their entrance, and it's about 9'6", which is shorter than my van is tall.

nice place, lots of shadow, kitchen, wifi... walking distance to the beach and small grocery store with basic products (rice, vegetables, eggs and even peanut butter).
tap water is potable, we did drink it without any issue.
Allan is a super nice guy.
