Agree with all of the below - this place is paradise. Mario and is family are the most welcoming people. The pool is surrounded by tropical plants and is a fantastic place to beat the heat of the day. The camping area is flat, good baño’s etc. But Marios hospitality is the best part of this place. He brought us water, bananas, and even a fridge! Go and enjoy this place while it is quiet because it is bound to get popular soon!!!…..

Perhaps our favorite camping spot in Mexico, between Baja and Holbox. Everyone was so nice and generous. The site is gorgeous, with a pool and covered area to beat the heat. Clean bathrooms with a strong flush and toilet paper! Beautiful evening lighting to light your way around the property. Secluded enough to be peaceful, but not so desolate that it’s unnerving. We made it in an extended Promaster, but rigs larger than that are unfortunately for them, likely out of luck. As noted, make sure to contact Mario in advance so he knows you’re coming.

This is paradise! Mario is a very caring host and does anything to make you feel welcome. He can tell you all about the region. We met his father, Mario Sr. and his brother, all very welcoming as well.
The pool is great and clean. Bathroom is very clean.
Very quiet at night!
Lots of birds around the fruit trees.
It is walking distance to the little town
You will basically have the place to yourself because there is only room for two small units at a time. .
Mario works as a history and geography teacher at a local secondary school.
