Second time we where in this beautiful place. We where the only one on the campsite. Unfortunately at night we had an attempted robery. 2 guy with sticks tried to brake in our camper. Luckily our windows are high and we could scare them of making a lot of noise with the alarm.We started the engine and only then they started running away. We drove close to the owners house, but no one waked up. No security guy came. The owner regretted what happened and will improve the security she said.

Very friendly owners; camping with Oryx Nyalas and Springbocks - really outstanding. For ND 200 pppn toilets could have a seat cover plus toilet paper.Nice pool (5 min walk at the farm house) nice restaurant AND every evening game watching!! Highly recommendable

Can not follow other visitors. My friends wanted to stay at campsite, but they left after seeing it. I went there 2 days later, I also left after speaking to the friendly owner. To fnd the place I had to follow the old sign „Namib Desert“ which describes the state of campsite perfect. Not a single green grass, just sand. Shelter against sun a built like a bunker. Area around main building is nice, but not close and up the hill. I told owner why I also left. A little friendly green would help a lot. Place itself is good if you need a break, for me it was better to drive another 2 hours to stay not in pure sand / dust.

Just one word WOW. Excellent campsite with seating areas under roof with a basin and plug points at each of the 6 camps. The owners are simply amazing. I'm a zero fat vegan and you won't believe the fantastic food they made for me. The bar and tables overlook the watering hole where giraffe, a rhino, zebra and various bokkies are fed and watered. These same animals walk around the camp. This is a great place to stay.

Just one big fat WOW. Excellent campsites with stunning ablutions and great hot water. I love the little searing are that each camp has under a roof. My small 1 man tent actually fitted there as well. There are animals walking around. The restaurant area has a great bar and tables overlook the animal feeding and watering area. Saw the resident rhino and zebra and giraffe and lots of various bokkies. The owners are absolutely fantastic and go out of there way with anything. I'm a zero fat vegan and you won't believe the fantastic food they made for me.

Good campsite, amazing experience. The campsite itself is good.
Amazing hot showers, drinking water is ok, camps are quite close together but have a nice seating area. Ablutions are clean and very private.
2 very nice (cold in august) swimming pools.
The couple who run it are very friendly and provide homemade Biltong and cold beer.
Star of the show are the animals - 14 different species including giraffe and a white rhino who wonder freely.
Feels very secure with nice gates and a 24 hour shell 30 seconds away. Very nice.

Close to the main road and Usakos.In a nice area. Campsite with animals a fantastic Mix.

Warm wellcome. Wild animals at the tent place. Cold beer at the bar. Crocodile at the farm.

At the shell pompstation turn right and follow the path (gravel road) and then you come by UITKIJK! Camping ground you have big shower and toilet. Suzanne is very nice you feel home. Oud and inside swimingpool. Good bar with Afrikaan and English music. Much animals from dog, cat, giraff, crocodiles, rhino by the bar! Good BBQ food and cold drinks at the bar! Nice place

nice campsite, 200 pppn, the dirt road to the farm is not on Google maps or maps me? from Windhoek coming there is a Shell Petrolstation at the end of the village, there you have to turn right (no sign!)

very nice campsite. Hot water. Clean communal toilets and showers. shadow, table and sink on each place. camp quite close to each other but no problem for us since we were alone. campsite near the bar and the swimming pool (200m) Suzanne is very pleasant and helpful. 200NA/pp and per night. evening meal available 185NA/pp. many animals in the wild . we recommend.

Nice guestfarm with lots of game animals around. Saw i.e. Nyala in the morning while having breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere. Ablutions very clean and new, good hot shower. Price now in 2023 N$200/pppn. Nice pool up at the house. Very friendly and welcoming owners who has lovely dogs, too. Good place for a stopover for a night or two.

The workshop of a marble mining company is also located on the guest farm. "Restaurant" and pool are located in the semi-private area of ​​the residential building. The campsites are close together. The access road starts next to the Shell petrol station in Usakos -21.99893, 15.57584 and is well graveled and suitable for all weather conditions. Access and camping also suitable for BigRig (3.8m height). The place is well secured and it was quiet during our 2 night stay.

Entrance is on the left side behind the Shell on the main road to Swakopmund (no entrance sign; coordinates bring you on the wrong side of the river). Nice place with 14 species of game which are feeded end of the afternoon. Very good dinner for n$ 200. You can only pay cash.
