Something not right?

Description

Very large park with many features. Playground, largest swimming pool in South America, tejo canchas, a lake, trees, tables, grills, flat parking for any size rig, water taps in a few spots, electric at some spots, camping bathrooms under construction, bathrooms and showers available at pool area. Sign says a fee is due, but locals told us NO and no one was around to pay.
The only negative was loud, rude music from neighborhood.
