Drinking water hose at the YPF de la Ribera station. Attendant kindly let us use it after filling up a bit. Only option I found near the center.

The hose by the grass is broken now, but there’s another tap near the floor by the middle pump. The guy was super friendly and invited us to come use it. Average flow, took about 10 minutes to fill 60L. Potable city tap water.
