Going towards Danlí right at the red and white mobile phone tower make a left into the gravel road. Lots of places to park any kind of rig. Super quiet at night. Nice surrounding.

we arrived on the path and had to reverse because there was a lot of mud (we are in the rainy season) and with our tires with small studs and our weight (4 tons) we did not risk be bogged down. 3km further towards the capital, we parked at the football field which is accessible to any vehicle.

This quarry is vast and several roads provide access. The place is quiet, soldiers patrol the area because there is a prison on the other side of the road. We asked the soldiers if they could sleep here, they agreed.
