Free dump and potable water. Water fills super slow, wanted to fill up and it took 20 minutes for a 40 gallon tank. You also have to press the button to run the water every 40 seconds…Not gonna complain since it was free and convenient but definitely not the most ideal. Luckily we were the only rv so we just watched the sunset while the tank filled
