Place is a bit bashed up, dilapidated and grubby. It’s definitely seen better days, but if you’re taking the beach / gravel detour from rio verde to punta arenas at least its a shelter from the wind should you need it.

Report Check-InI stopped here mainly because coming from Punta Arenas straight into the mountain gravel roads to avoid the main road was ridiculous. Steep, huge slippy gravel, lots of unforecast wind. So I was going to miss high tide at the beach and decided to stop at least to make food. Maybe stay the night. Might ride the beach after high tide around sunset but wind and temperature might keep me here for the night. There so a better refuge north of the beach but if you find yourself here its an option for a sheltered night sleep
