Dumping and water
Right after the gate.
Looks free, even if it’s in the forest state park.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Access to property is 8AM - 8PM (locking gate). Unmanned entry: a sign gives instructions to Go online to Reserve America Florida State Forests and EITHER pay a day use fee to enter, OR reserve a Campsite. Dump area has a sign: "Campers Only." Be advised: checkout time is 1PM. Dump is very busy 9AM-1PM (all sites have water & electric, none have dump).
dump station has BOTH a threaded faucet AND a blue fill spigot with a threaded hose and a threaded end. this HOWEVER is both unlabeled and right next to the black tank flush on an RV while dumping. it would be imprudent to drink from it....
there is a spigot on the side of the bathroom in the day use area. I needed 40 feet of hose and included parking in a spot which may block someone visiting (nobody came while I was there).
Clearly signed as campers only no day use, so I went somewhere else to dump.
Report Check-Init does say there is a fee to enter the park but there was no attendant to pay when we arrived and the dump station does look free
