We spent 10 days at this point (some days also in the Yamburara spa area) very quiet and safe. Near the square. There is a small stream, but it is difficult to access to get water. Very friendly neighbors (you can ask for water without a problem) We recommend the Agroecological Fair on Saturday mornings in the market square.
Indeed a good place to spend a night. Road has very little traffic on it, and is a very short walk to town. Quiet overnight. River is more of a trickling stream right now. If it's very windy, it is a bit dusty from the road. Would stay again.
Report Check-InStayed one night. Asked around and people said it was safe…and it was. Flat, pretty well lit. The police came by (siren on and off…hey we’re on the job) and said nothing so they knew we were here. Occasional dog barking but that was it. Conveniently located to the square.
Would stay again. Free.
