Street parking in Germantown. About 4 blocks from the capitol and very quiet. Short walk to the baseball stadium and restaurants. Had windows open with lights on and nobody bothered us. Pretty level in spots.
Report Check-InSpent one night here in my sedan. Everything is accurate. Lots of flat places, free parking, and no problems. Many of the roads seem a bit busy until around midnight. I found a spot on a side street that was very quiet and under a tree, so relatively discreet.

Close to walk downtown
Parked here with no problems. We were parked in front of a woman’s very beautiful garden. I talked with her in the morning and she invited me to see her garden. Her son has a Sprinter van, so is fine with a van parked near her house.
People walking dogs. Neighbors are very friendly.
About 30 minute walk to Broadway where all the action is.
A bit noisy with cars passing until around midnight, then starts around 6 a.m again.
Your van will tilt slightly towards the sidewalk.
Nice quiet street plenty off parking along whole length. So little off road parking spots as well for wider vehicles. Stayed 1 night no issues
