Description

Beautiful Surfspot where glassy waves are rolling down the ocean. Busy in the daytime but in the evening quieter. Beach is just 5 min walking down. It's safe with some nearby eating places and lots of surf schools.

Super chill vibes here all the time even for long-term stays. Baños all around in the daytime for 500 CLP and cheap restaurants around.

Parking / camping spaces were closed. We parked at the side of the road and that was fine. Daytime / sunset very busy. During the night a few cars with loud music. Overal super chill vibe and nice camping spot (if there is not too much wind).

Great place! We stayed here a week. It's 5000 CLP for parking at daytime, nighttime is free. Chill vibes and amazing view!

Great place, as described before. Crowded during the day and for sunset, quiet at night. We stayed for 2 nights.

For surfing lessons we recommend the Escuela de Surf Promaucae, the small blue one a bit further ahead. 25.000 pesos for 1-1,5 hour course, then free time to practice. You can also just rent the equipment, 12.000 pesos for several hours. Really nice couple.

Punta de Lobos - roadside above the beach.

We spent 3 weeks here in March 2023. Amazing place, amazing vibes. A camper from Argentina was here at the same spot already for 3 months, and never had a problem with anything - like the whole Pichilemu seems to just be super chill.

We stayed just a bit before this spot, overlooking the whole bay - as here you have wind just in your back (it is usually windy, blowing from S /SW).

Below at the beach you have many surf schools - we recommend Molokai just below with super friendly owner Marcelo, who invited us to use his kitchen, freezer, water and bathroom and also gave really good prices for surfboard rentals.

Also check Facebook Marketplace for surf gear, you do get insane deals on stuff.

Some guys got water at Sueprmercado el 9 at the end of the parking lot, but did it a bit stealthy as apparently water is scarce in this region.

Around the beach you have some Baños for 500pp and some restaurants offering meals from 4000 CLP.

A sunset right at the end of the road is a MUST do.
