Grassy municipal campsite right by the ocean but also just next to the industrial harbour. It is the closest campsite to Kleinbaai if you are here for shark cage diving. Price is 230 Rand (Beginning of January) per pitch up to 4 people. Electricity and water at pitch.

We loved this campsite. No shade but a beautiful busy harbour view and amazing sunsets. Although old, it has some of the cleanest ablutions we have ever come across. R264 for 2 people per night.

Checked in here for a stopover. We paied 150 Rand for 2 and that was not worse it. That place needs Maintenance everywhere. No Recommendation. There are much nicer places nearby!

We stayed on night on our way north along the coast. Great little camp site. Official prices are. R420 in front and R340 against thee wall. We spoke to Norman and he charged us R275 for the site. Great view of the sea and nice bid life.

Camps are basically on the beach with great views from the first few sites. We spent 2 nights and had no issues. Just very open to the wind and no privacy between camps. R260 a night.

Nice and friendly staff. Nice view at the seaside, but a lot of places are close to harbour buildings, not so nice. Ablutions Ok. Very important for us: Dogs welcome.

Small Bungalows with permanent Residents and Campsite Area. Not really attractive. Female Ablutions were basic but okay. Male Ablutions were run down and dirty. Wanted 130 ZAR per Person, ended with 100 ZAR pppn. Okay for one Night. A good Location for spotting all the Whales in the Bay between Gansbaai and Hermanus.
