Description

The most beautiful camp spot we have had so far… This once was a mine and is now deserted and owned by nature again. You camp up on a mountain with a view at the mine and a beautiful lake. It is so quiet, many stars, perfect!

The road to hear is challenging at first, but at some point it is deserted tarmac…

There are some insects!

You pay 10USD per person entrance and 5USD per person and car per day you are there. It is so worth it!

Nice place with a view on the lake. We didn’t pay the security at the gate. The ranger came after a while to ask for money: 10 and 5 per person (entrance and camping fee) and 5 for the car. We negotiated and paid 20 usd in total, for the two of us.

Beautiful spot to camp.
We paid 10 usd at the guy who was at the "gate" (in construction at that time) of the park to let us in.

We had our ban. Everything was fine and smooth.
The next day in the morning, a guy on a moto came, aparently a ranger, demaning that we had to pay more. 10 usd per person (we were 3), plus 10 usd for the car, plus 5 usd each for staying the night.
We discussed, showing him we didn't have money bcs we were on the way to Ivory coast. We packed our stuff and leave. We just gave him 15 usd that we are sure he will keep for himself. No receipt ofc.
