GABCHA SPOT | Informal Campsite

The owner seems to have understood that he can take advantage of travelers... now he takes 25000COP per night and per vehicle without service and for ultra noisy spot (dog and road). We advise against it! The parking outside in front (only one place) is really on the side of the road (very noisy) and not sure that it allows it now.

Le propriétaire semble avoir compris qu’il peut tirer profit des voyageurs…maintenant il prend 25000COP par nuit et par véhicule sans service et pour spot ultra bruyant (chien et route). Nous déconseillons! Le stationnement à l’extérieur devant (seulement une place) est vraiment en bord de route (très bruyant ) et pas sure qu’il le permette maintenant.

It Was closed when we arrived at 18h. Lots of traffic in Buccaramanga! We insisted to open the door because we had a motor problem. The owner was there. He ask money…and he likes dollars😕. We give him 25.000 pesos. Night was ok. But I think this spot isn’t free anymore… but good view.

We first parked inside the gate but then as it was 1st of may the next day they would only open the gate around 11am.
We parked outside and it was ok too. Music from the bar till midnight but not too loud and after that very quiet.

Found this place after the two others around was closed (Argentino restaurant and paragling). Ask to the owner of the restaurant told us ok for free. Good view.
