Description
The family Camargo runs a campground with cabana with 3 rooms (living room, bathroom, bedroom) with space for some trucks and tents. They were very welcoming to us when we were searching for an alternative spot to the nearby truck park. Hot shower. We like this local private initiative. No signs yet: Go to the PY side of the main road. Beyond the SPORTS BEER signs, there is a soccer field. Beyond that soccer field you can see a house with another smaller soccer field and a little swimming pool. There it is.

The entrance is QUINTA CAMARGO , so the owner, Sr. Camargo asked me to change the name here on iOverlander; but I cannot. Only I can ask the admin to change it 😉
Report Check-InThis place is what every traveler dreams about: showers and bathrooms, sink for washing dishes, electricity (220V), water, wi-fi, green area for sports and the sweetest family ever! We stayed here for a month while catching up with work and they treated us like family: we were invited to every celebration and gathering as their own children; they offered typical dishes for us to try and fruit from their garden. This is a place to relax while getting to know local culture and traditions. Thank you Camargo!
Entrance has no height restriction but width is around 3m. Price is negotiable.

Nous avons dormis 2 nuits, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont offerts une bouteille de vin. Seul remarque négative les WC et la douche lors de notre passage était peu propre. Le prix est au bon vouloir du client.

Report Check-InReally nice and welcoming family, dog friendly, the owner gave us two cold beers in the evening :) The amount you pay is whatever you think is fair. Good stop before crossing the border.
Report Check-InVery good place as described. Quiet and safe. 10km from Brasilian and Paraguayen immigration direction Bonito. The owner were not there. You can easily stay outside of the gate (safe) and even sleep there if they don't come but they came at 9 pm and let us in. 30 reals for 2 pers+ camper. Electricity available, shower and baños.

Report Check-InWe have been welcomed warmly by the owner and his Siñora. The place is just right next to Brazil, indeed only devided by a road (BR) next to a dirtroad (PY). You can find the place as described before. There is a ragged old blue truck stated in the yard, can't miss it, 50m from the dirtroad. there is no internet, but they have a kitchen and sanitaries.
